A Slip Of The Tongue…

Amped: Amputee Sex

Amputee eroticism is certainly nothing new, just take a look at the Venus De Milo.

In the 1970’s the U.S. had it’s own infamous amputee sex performer named Long Jeanne Silver, born without a foot but left with an ankle-cock that put the men of porn to shame.

Such a birth defect would be considered a setback to many, but Jeanne persevered; stripping, doing live sex shows, and in 1977 collaborating with notorious director Alex DeRenzy (of Femmes DeSade fame) to create her single pornographic film, the self titled “Long Jeanne Silver”. She became the talk of those in the New York sex underground as well as to those in San Francisco’s (due to her time served at the Mitchell Brothers theater).

I saw this film as a teen, in glorious VHS, and I truly believe it had a positive effect on me. Thinking back, I remember no context in the film, just hazy delays between scenes of Jeanne pushing her footless phallus in and out of various orifices. This allowed me, as a young man, to see the limbless in the same way that i saw the limbed; highly sexualized.

Amputee porn mags and videos have since circulated in the underground, catching my eye here and there. Like all things porn, the internet has played a great role in furthering our exposure to this niche. There’s currently a male amputee doing quite well for himself on the pro/am circuit named Pedro aka “The Amputee”. He actually uses his big dick for the fucking, so his thigh stump is more of a accoutrement, but he is making quite a splash.

All the above are examples of Acrotomophilia, an attraction to amputees (or at least the exploitation of that concept).

What I want to learn even more about is Apotemnophilia, the attraction to actually being an amputee.

The history of Chinese foot binding shows us how easily disabling the human body can become a widespread obsession.

More recently people have come forward speaking of limbs feeling like they don’t belong on them, and that they will only feel “whole” when these parts are removed. It’s not that far a jump to consider this in relation to the transgendered who really feel they are missing an appendage or are carrying one that isn’t theirs. Shit, I have far more questions than answers. So what?

Sexy Scorpions Animal Magnetism

Sometimes great music can also teach us great lessons, giving us incite into our human condition. One such case is the album cover art for The Scorpions “Animal Magnetism” (1980).

While not as controversial as the cover of their 1976 album “Virgin Killer”, this image kicked off the 80’s with a heartwarming look at the similarities between us and other animals. “Are we that different?” it asks. “No, we are not.” it replies

I also dig the guy casually holding a beer. Why is alcoholism no longer casual? What happened?

Obscene In England

Check out this cute lil BBC article  “What Is Obscene These Days?”

Insp Shortland says: “What was socially unacceptable 10 or 20 years ago may be acceptable now. There is a moving line. For example Lady Chatterley’s Lover was once considered obscene but certainly wouldn’t be now.

“But bestiality, necrophilia, rape and torture would still be considered obscene,” he says, as would depictions of sexual gratification through lavatorial functions.

Sounds Of Sex: Leather Nun

Leather Nun was a death/noise/garage band from sweden who were first released in 1979 on Throbbing Gristle’s label Industrial Records (the origin of the term “Industrial Music”).

The band took their name from a london stripper, made an iconic classic called “Slow Death”, and collaborated with underground legend Monte Cazzaza in flaunting obscenity with this single “Fist Fuckers Associated (F.F.A.)”.

I’ve had this 45rpm since i was 13 years old and just scanned it in a few days ago. I like how you can see the circular imprint of the vinyl in the faded sleeve.

Japanese “Pinky Violence” Still Turns Me On

The stunning subgenre of Japanese “Pinky Violence” never fails to get me thinking.

It’s not necessarily my brain thinking at all times, but part of me is definitely thinking.

Here’s the gorgeous poster from the first of the “Sukeban Blues” series –

“Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!” Just Kills Me

A groundbreaking work of sleaze and sexploitaion, this film changed the way women were presented to and percieved by the masses.

Sure, we had murderous ladies who used there bodies as lures to ensnare men in their honeydripping deathtraps, and we loved them. But now we were given some all out bad-ass bitches that could take a man’s money and then take his life with a physical power that men had feared to ever admit existed. These chicks could beat you to a fuckin’ pulp and laugh about it as they sped off from the scene in a the type of car you’re not man enough to drive. Pure fuckin’ beauty.

Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! was Russ Meyer‘s greatest gift to humanity. Although he treated us to many a good time, for this tale he deserved the Nobel Prize.

The iconic Tura Satana, defining strength and power like never before, leads a trio of deadly go-go dancers on the kind of indulgent spree that we all dream of living. Lori Williams is the drunken slut, an archetype i embrace (sometimes literally), and Haji is just too damn hot for words

One of the most ferocious dommes I’ve known proudly goes by the name of Varla (Tura’s FP!K!K! character), and does the title a great honor with her vicious feats of testicular destruction.

Fast hips, fast cars, and fast fists flew off the screen and knocked you on your ass, and with that they grinded their way into the hearts and minds of millions of men and women for decades to come.

Their influence on me as a teenager is still apparent in how I view gender today, and helped to teach me the respect that women truly deserve.

So to all those that made Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! a reality, we salute you.

The Kindness Of Strippers

I’ve always depended on the kindness of strippers

Now I may seem more delusional than Blanche DuBois, but unlike every other man who thinks the exact same thing, I can honestly say that strippers REALLY understand me.

“Hold on!” you say, “That’s their hustle!” They understand that you’re stupid enough to feed them your entire bank account. Well this is where that cliche ends. You see, I never had any money in my bank account. Most strippers have known me as a broke-ass motherfucker, a good hearted shit talker, and slightly more bearable than all the other assholes around me.

This photo is a case in point. I ran across it a few weeks ago, trying to find some evidence that could convince a girl to get naked in front of my camera. Seeing it reminded me of the kindness and understanding that DOES exist at stripclubs. This is one of those lovely girls who knew i wasn’t trying to fuck them, or give them money. I actually showed up for the fine atmosphere.

She would bring me out to her car during her break to smoke a blunt, tell me inside stories of the drama between the girls, the bouncers and the owners, and she didn’t think twice about giving me a ride home or even coming inside to take some pictures.

They’re not all in it just for the money. Some just wanna hang out and get naked..

Deadly Women Are Way Too Attractive

Okay, there are a few women I’d like to kill, but many more who I’d love to have kill me.

I’ve had a great interest in 50’s horror films and their representation of the libido as “The Monster”. Most often it’s a large masculine creature taking away the unconscious female, to the terror of the men around her. In this case though, we have that deadly female, the proverbial Black Widow, given to us in another insect form as “The Wasp Woman”.
